What we collect

When you browse our public website, we collect anonymized analytics (page views, referring sites, broad geographic region) to understand how visitors find and use the site. We use PostHog for this and do not sell or share that data.

When you reach out via our contact form, email, or scheduling link, we collect the information you provide (name, email, organization, and the contents of your message). We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up on a potential engagement.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information. We don’t run ad-tech trackers. We don’t share your inquiry with third parties beyond the tools we use to run the business (e.g. our email provider, our scheduling tool).

Cookies

The site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to use the public site.

Client engagements

When we work with a client, the data we handle on their behalf is governed by the specific contract and any applicable regulations (HIPAA, FERPA, Section 508, etc.). That data is never co-mingled with our marketing or analytics systems.
